Work organizer allows watching all the work that needs to be done, change tasks, reassign them, etc. This module is closely related with the client management as it allows planning work and managing time efficiently.
You can see not only your own occupation, but also the one of your colleagues, other employees, which allows efficient time planning, promoting teamwork, distributing tasks and organizing many other work processes.
Using Work Organizer:
- Work will not be forgotten. The person who has to do the work will not forget it as the system reminds employees about the work that has not been done;
- You will avoid ambiguity: you have arranged a meeting with two clients at the same time? This will not happen if you use the system. Your co-worker says that you haven‘t asked him to do anything? Use Task History;
- You will be able to distribute tasks to other employees;
- The person to complete the task will not forget to inform about it;
- Management will be able to monitor all the employees tasks bulletin. This allows to find time easily in the employee calendar (e.g. arrange a meeting at the time convenient for everyone);
- You will be able to attach a file (which might be necessary to accomplish a task) to a task;
- In case the employee can not accomplish it, the task may be rejected. With the comment attached one will inform the author about the reasons to reject it.
